Before you write

• No sign-in email? Check spam and promotions, then ask for a new link. Links work for 20 minutes.
• Too many emails? Pause them or change the hour on your dashboard. Every email also has an unsubscribe link.
• An account says it can't be checked? It may be protected, suspended or renamed. Remove it and add the new handle.
• Want your data gone? "Delete my account" on the dashboard removes it right away. You can also ask us by email.
