About FollowOn

FollowOn watches the follow lists of X accounts you pick and emails you when they follow someone new. That's the whole product.

It started from a habit a lot of people already have: opening the "Following" tab of an investor, a founder or a competitor to see who they picked up lately. The tab has no dates, so you end up scrolling and guessing. FollowOn does the checking once a day and tells you only what changed.

How it works

Once a day we look at the newest follows of each account you watch. Anything that wasn't there the day before goes into your next email, with the new account's name and bio. Quiet days send nothing.

We only read public follow lists. You never connect an X account, and we never post, follow or message anyone for you.

Who runs it

FollowOn is a small, independent product. Questions, ideas and bug reports go to contact@followon.social, and a person reads every one.
